When I started Mars's coaching course: Glorious Ten, I felt stuck in continued negative thought patterns that were holding me back. Most of these were around a fairly recent diagnosis of Autism. I was ruminating, procrastinating and experiencing regular anxiety. I wanted to learn strategies to move forwards, particularly for my business.  

The course far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I come away each week with self-coaching tools to put in to practice straight away, there were so many additional wise nuggets, suggestions, advice and ideas that Mars imparted during the sessions. These helped me with parenting, relationships, time management, setting boundaries, and much more.  

I loved listening to other course members being coached by Mars. There was much to learn from listening to other people's experiences and I was regularly able to apply the coaching to my own life. I was outside of my comfort zone sharing my own thoughts with a group, but was held and guided by Mars, feeling safe and supported throughout. I finished each weekly session inspired and energised. I still can't believe how much we managed to fit in to each session. 

I will miss the weekly sessions but know I will continue to benefit from the course. I have completed tasks and made decisions that had been hanging over my head for too long. I enjoy setting aside time to sit down and self-coach. This act in itself feels sacred and like self-care. I am feeling much better equipped to tackle challenges head on and recognise the wins.
